    Lack of jobs, a high number of unemployed and due to its position prices rose too far too quickly about 5 years back.  A step Grandson purchased a house in Frankston North near to the commission area 4 years back.  Due to partner breakup sold 18 months later doubling his money.  Since purchased two student units off  Victoria St., city.  Only 30 but feeds off an agent from Mount Martha who took a liking to him as he does his computers lol. 

    Anyway, unemployment (or more accurate, underemployment) in spite of Govmint figures is a real problem now.
