I had employed local uni students before to work part time in my previous hospitality business, but too many sickies, hangovers, boyfriend problems, they quit suddenly.... so on, no kidding. Then I employed some migrants, in my opinion, they are more hardworking, less/no sickies, no hangover, they demand less & do the work willingly as told,... that’s the difference, from my personal experience.
