    Instead of heavily borrowing against your homes equity because rates are low. ( especially to buy devaluing commodoties )
    because you feel so rich,,,,pay more off your mortgage as you get more bang for your buck , that is you pay more of your loan with each dollar.
    Only borrow to buy liquid ASSETS...
