an Australian housing sector in crisis by being hit with a huge bear market - PLUS - a meltdown in the world global stock markets lead by - guess who?the USA heading into a recession they have to have
wow ----------- depending on timing - which looks bloody ominous atm - that might snuff out our coming last gasp mining boom --- double wow.
Wack in a couple of years more drought - a few bushfires and the odd cyclone and ------------------ well, it could get interesting - really interesting eh?
Invest in the ASX --------- bang, Invest in cash - bang, invest in OS stocks - bang. Invest in Aussie housing - not only bang, but, impossible. Invest in commercial or industrial -- bang, impossible and like catching VD voluntarily.
Now - I am not predicting - but, sorry to say - that's all on a set of cards flying around the table right now looking for a place to land --
the fear is ----------- will they land, and, will they land at the same time??????
