Have held this stock for over a decade - brilliant returns (dividends) - but this is slowing (grinding to a hault). I can not answer your question - but I thought when LEI got on board that they would take off - but it has had the inverse effect. By all accounts their product (houses) are good - and they have previously had good margins - so I can not answer your question - but would love to hear some comments / inputs also.
