Looks like US investors got the pre-announcement jitters last night with the conference call on its quarterly and year to date results, market trends, and future outlook due 9am Australian time tomorrow.
Overall shareprice was down 2.16% on the day on higher than average daily volumes. A bit ominous at first but looking closely at the figures the interesting thing about the volume action was that apart from the first hours selldown, volumes were fairly small for the next four hours. The highest volumes for the day were all compacted into the last two hours of trade taking the price off its lows. In fact the price actually rose 0.66% in those last two hours. So heres hoping for a good news webcast.
