Rennis - leasehold hotels will always have a value - associated with the pokie licences and the revenues coming through - although it is fair to say the values will be suppressed somewhat in current conditions....banks and other institutions happily lend (or used to ) against cashflow of business - LVR's likely to be lower now however.....

So they CAN sell hotels and realise value - its just a question of how much value .....the market will provide for them
