February 23rd: Solco Board Encouraged with SPP Response
$443,000 raised even though the share price dropped a couple of cents under the price in the SPP. Also, eligible directors took up their full entitlements.
March 1st: Solco commission new Manufacturing facility in Malta
Whilst this announcement was not entirely unexpected, at least for those that have been following this stock for more than one week, it was good to have confirmation that it went ahead as planned but there is, in my opinion, one very key quote.
"Solco has retained 20% interest in MB Solco Ltd because the Company is confident that it will generate *significant* returns under the strong local management team."
