Since that time Regal Funds have bought 6.25%.
As I wrote, very tight. Top 20 owns around 90% and if you include Regal with 6%, it could take that up to 95+% assuming they didn't buy from existing top 20. Even with all this selling, we haven't seen any substantial holding changes. At times the selling looks amateurish and I wonder whether its an employee who is selling from his cheap options. It doesn't make any sense to me.
Unless this company gets heavily overpriced, a takeover is almost a given. They will be encroaching on some established players and they won't like to be outdone with such superior technology and also have their margins squeezed on their existing products. AXP certainly has more value in their hands rather than going alone, due to the need to replicate so many functions already existing in these market leaders, especially the sales channels/people.
