options for half that amount at 60 cents and first right to invest up to 55 million in any funding
That is the stamp of approval on this project before it lists in London pending the pfs.
Bogdanka have a compelling case to buy pdz also as there coal depletes and they showed there hand last year by trying to acquire the k-6 lease which we now have 3 year right over.
I am more inclined to listen to the above actions.
