Still trying to get my head around this stock. 2 parts, space and weapons systems. Space, Eos has spent $83 mill developing etc, Lockheed hence likely needs to spend a similar amount on the build out to get to a 50/50 jv, I'm assuming over the next yr. once the telescopes are completed mid next yr, they can then sign long term tracking contracts, with each organization with a satellite in space. They will also be the only organization able to do this, and given Eos owns the ip and in partnership with Lockheed will build these additional tracking telescopes for say another $80 mill, it's highly unlikely anyone would spend say the $160 mill these two companies will once finished, to try and compete. So basically, they will own the only 'infrastructure toll road' effectively re space. Interesting company, with likely USD earnings also which could be gold.
