So where to from here ?
As a layman it looks to me like IRC is now a very very long term play.
Not sure many of us are prepared to wait or have the patience.
Sounds like JP's original vision or strategy didn't
accommodate all you've just described.An expert in metallurgy doesn't
necessary include having the necessary corporate skills !
With MR and family reputed to have 40m + shares is JP's job secure ?
With the current buoyant gold price I expect the services of contractors are in heavy
demand.This raises another question-have we broken our links with Resource Mining
given the recent dispute(settled but at our heavy cost).

All in all-what a big mess IMO.
Solution ?- White Knight ? -change in leader. !
