    You're wrong Wayword....

    As SMM is the operator, PDN must hold 51% of SMM itself to call the shots....not 50% of the deposit plus 10% of SMM.

    And I wouldn't be getting too excited about PDN holding 50% of Valhalla/Skal....I would imagine that that will be changing very soon.

    I hold both SMM and PDN.
