    I reckon the large ( 3 million plus) bidder trying to buy at 2.8 or 2.9 cents is hopeful more than anything. I reckon it is unlikely that anybody is going to sell 3 million EMS at under 3 cents. I am hopful myself - hopeful that EMS never goes under 3 cents again!
