You think Hamish is going to answer honestly over the phone? He is paid to provide positive feedback to SH's. I know if I was in Hamish position and the ship was sinking the last thing I would do is tell randoms over the phone.
With the lack of communication and transparency the only option is to get the ASX involved. If he has nothing to hide than the ASX investigation won't hinder the progress one bit.
