I think we'll hear about "another delay" as it becomes more evident that the only CR likely is that to existing shareholders where we get asked to contribute our cash so they can pay back the debt to Leonard's fb mate and also continue paying for management's salaries under the guise that management need additional time to secure an investor.

If they haven't found one in 12 months with a booming manganese price (by their own admission), they just aren't going to find one.
