I know all about AZZ, have followed them since I made a few bucks off the bs announcement... what was it? 250million for a bit of unproven dirt to a company worth a couple of million.
It was plain to see especially with them refusing to name the buyer. TTs actions there cost a mate over 10 grand.
What tt was doing here was clogging up the threads with whinging whilst filing useless claims to ASX and ASIC. None of which will make any difference to our outcome should hamish and co decide to strip the company for themselves.
I've nothing against TT, he thinks he's helping but like I said earlier... the only way to get control back is to call an SGM, make them answer questions and if these answers are no good then spill the board.
People like TT are great if their actions are well directed but submissions to asx won't fix this.
