Thats right a Stop Loss at 15 cents will certainly get triggered but you won't get 15 cents. You will get the opening price after the 'pre open' is lifted.
I would expect after a difinitive announcement we are going from 20 cents to 5 cents, or 20 cents straight to 50-60 cents and then climbing further.
If you are waiting on the sidelines then you can jump in at 50-60 and hope for further rises.
I am in now and I am prepared to lose 75% of my money on this one. My 10K is either going straight to 2-3K or straight to 30K. I understand the risk and I am prepared for either outcome. Lose 8K or make 20K. Pretty simple.
