    IMO some Instos have sold down MOF in order to accounting purpose like trading/capital loss or so.

    At the same time price-down as much as they can to buy at the lower price as much as they can at the beginning of new fincial year from tommorrow.

    Today almost all REITs went down.

    This is my personal view/theory only.
