Certainly one explanation for the unlogic behaviour when gold going down.

That would be naturally illegal. The possible insider would not appear operate
with sums that would profit worth of the risk. To me it looks like
a gambler or gamblers who would still believe this Hong Kong theory.

You asked for evidence about complications. If there would not have
been any complications, the Dragon would have been already listed.
There are two companies which filed application on the same day
24.5.2018 and and one 3 days before and they are already listed (and have been  some time)
