Dragon's value has not been based on gold or business for
some time but on the Hong Kong listing business.
I haven't been able to figure out who would pay in HK if
price would fall.
Would it be the underwriter?
And what would be the underwriters fee?
Would it define how fast would the price will fall if the listing would be succesfull?

If new independent board members would be needed, when would they be elected?

It would be strange if Dragon would not inform about the hearing day
as it would be material and possibly good news?
