nameuser: the HKEX listing rules state that quarterly reports are to be submitted within 45 days of the end of the period as "best practice".  But it is not mandatory so we must guess that DRA management have elected not to comply with this suggestion. Full year results must the published within 4 months of the end of the period (page 222 fo the rules).
