Nordic are you saying that they don't have a right to appeal or that that under Finish law that they can not operate while an appeal is in process ? You seem to only want the legal system to work one way with activist having the right to appeal but not companies . This is a very one sided way of looking at things . I thought Finland was proud of its legal system and is rated by the Frazer institute as being one of the best places in the world for developing a mine . Perhaps the people at the Frazer institute have never met you .
Do you take this attitude to all the mining companies in Finland or just Dragon . I see there are other small operations starting up with similar environmental permitting paths as Jokisivu eg Sotkimo silver so this path looks legal and acceptable to the Finish authorities
