Note Hong Kong information, which contains matters not reported in ASX.
Furthermore Finland part may be running out of gold in 2.5 years.
If getting permitted Fäboliden has minable ore for about 4 years,
there may be change for a couple of years underground mining.
There are permit risks, but not a real upside in business. http://www.hkexnews.hk/app/sehk/2017/2017101101/sehkcasedetails-2017101101.htm
Dragon’s Sastamala permit has also failed in Supreme administrative court as
the permit authority has notions about Dragon Mining Oy:n Vammala enrichment plant’s environmental permit, matter returned by Supreme Administrative court, Sastamala
Permit authority’s permit page searched by Dragon 11.10.2017 https://tietopalvelu.ahtp.fi/Lupa/
It should also be noted that ELY is actually not an environmental authority, and any “permit”
by ELY can be only temporarily.

There is a notion with regard to the permit information 12.4.2017: http://www.hkexnews.hk/app/sehk/2017/2017041001/a10773/EDM-20170410-33.PDF
Now Dragon states 12.10.2017 that it tries to appeal permits for 3 years because the Finnish mines may run out of ore in about 2.5 years. Apparently the idea is to escape responsibility by bankruptcy of Finnish daughter company. As the information has been made public, Finnish authorities will react accordingly.
Quality of information given in Australia
Dragon has published timely all the good news, but delayed publishing bad news in ASX.
Here are some examples. The Finnish director even commented some of the problems to news papers before press releases.
Kuusamo EIA (environmental impact assessement failure, local resistance)
Dragon had major project in Kuusamo Lapland. They did not consider the localization of the project next to national park, Kitka-salmon river and Ruka-skiing resort. The locals forced the company out of Kuusamo with technical, social and scientific criticism against the mine plan.
The decision of denying the EIA was reported in ASX more than one month late. https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/dragons-kuusamo-eia-failed-month-ago.2313570/
Dragon is a weak company with multiple social and permit issues. Its reserves are emptying.
Hong Kong stock exchange should consider what kind of companies it would accept.
