The great thing about this news is that it will bring CBD Energy plenty of US investor attention.

Investors are always on the look out for new IPOs and the solar sector is the hottest in town over the last 12 months.

Sure it will soak up $14 million worth of buying that would have pushed the current price into the stratosphere, but overall I think it will favour demand for shares.

I wonder if this will have any impact on tonights OTCBB trading!?
