As you say the maximum request is for 48hours, after that the stock must relist or go into suspension. Companies always request the full 2day, ie Wednesday in ROS case. But rarely do they need the full amount. I would be confident of trading tomorow.
Announcement either after close today or pre-open tomorow, followed by lifting of trading halt.
Lets hope the discount is reasonable and a dollar can be made.
