I just went to that website again and you are correct. I've misinterpreted the figures (not hard when the translation isn't the best).
It does appear as though the reserve is circa 200,000 tonnes of copper. If that's correct, then it's not a great deal for the price. In fact, it's probably over-priced.
Just went back to sungod's original post. What happened to sungod? Suspended: Reason: "see user notes" (what's that all mean).
It appears as though sungod's figures have come from somewhere else.
