Could be they have drilled further to East of Hole 27 and been successful. This would put them close to the boundary of the adjacent tenement. Material transaction could be drilling/mining rights of the adjacent tenement plus a royalty deal.
Cannot see how a tenement addition by itself would warrant trade being halted.
