I am as ardent s supporter of NAG as anyone but I do agree with Fishnick that PASS was poorly handled. The facts are clear, the company painted a picture of the potential of PASS and talked it up big time well before it had established the necessary market intelligence. This is not just my opinion it is s fact evidenced by the stunning announcement in the December 16 quarterly where the words used were "PASS research carried out by the company in the last six months has astonished the company. " In short the astonishment they felt was a clear admittance of not having done enough due diligence. If you go back and look at that quarterly it is clear that they had made announcements in the past about PASS that were based on their hopes about the potential of using the two pits rather than facts about the PASS market. In saying all this we all make mistakes and hopefully they have learnt a lesson from it. I am still hopeful NAG does one day get a good contract to take PASS because I think we are going to need that cash flow to set up the mine/ mines infrastructure. By the way despite that Dec 16 quarterly I continued to accumulate because the gold has always been the main play in my view.
