What sort of impact will this have on omi, it seems to me that with other distributers coming on board and sales increasing, omi could be on the verge of a massive rerating if things go well in the courtroom. Would hate to consider the alternative scenario hence the sp fall, but the turn around in the share price does indicate some are believing omi has a good future.
