Face it victorp, you are a pretty negative poster, but that's OK because everyone is entitled to their opinion. I have already set out in previous posts the details of why this is a no brainer, so I don't see the need to go into such detail again and again. I try and keep it clear and simple and inform others in a quick, concise, up to date manner without boring people to death. This is after all the stock market and it moves quickly, so you can't have a public service attitude, as more often than not, time is of the essence.
