You mention the lifting of income - this was the rise to $1,140,958 from the 31/12/2013 6 months figure of $782,625.
But in order to make those sales of $1.1m. the accounts show cost of sales (the materials or inventories that go into the sales items) at $549,936. And in addition to this there is what is shown as selling expenses of $1,252,589 (presumably sales reps wages, vehicles, travel expenses etc.).
So, it has cost $1.8m. to make sales of $1.1m,. You can't keep that sort of performance up for too long - the sooner that sales get a move along the better. The management change last November needs to working towards this.
