1. Good or exceptional sales of existing goods and services

2. Progress with the Singapore operations that are concrete and conclusive.

3. Payment of the outstanding monies owed by Mr Goh (PLUS interest)

4. An acknowledgement by directors of their previous wrongdoing in relation to bonuses and items that may be in the auditors report to ASIC.

5. An acknowledgement from the directors that ALL issues raised with ASIC by the previous auditors have been resolved to the complete satisfaction of ASIC and NSP.

6. A stay on directors salaries until such time as this company becomes profitable - based on sales and NOT on fudged figures.
