The top 20 shareholders still hold 62.075% of the company and that has stayed stable for some considerable time. Unless that situation was to change I wouldnt panic. Most exploration companies seem to go through this stage until they reach (of if they reach) payday. Unless one has expertise in this process it is difficult to make judgement on operational strategies so we have to rely on the experts. This is a high risk game but the rewards can be good when the tide turns.
