I do this for a living. Nobody including you came forward with an answer - did cash grow or shrink between the December 2015 and 2016 accounts?
Trying to get people to look at this stuff themselves.
Cash flow is a great indicator but I go back again to bottom-line profitability - this is what the market makers are going to care about and you won't see them jumping in until the company shows a paper profit.
