Increasing earnings per share, good management, regardless of takeover, the company is doing everything right. The dilution of shares value will occur with options but in my opinion we are well under fair value anyway. Increasing income of nearly 10% per month, March should be higher, share value has decreased by 50% since June. Options have been escrowed. Management have a plan, they deserve the money if they make the value for shareholders. Increase income (EPS) at the rate they are and the share price not moving is hard to believe. Tell me why the price hasnt increased in last 6 months with 40% increase in sales and we havent seen March results yet. As @Steini says, wait until we cash flow positve. It may be sooner than we think
