What is your deal on these performance shares, they are poorly worded they should be "vendor share instalments". I can tell you I know little about shares but one thing that has been well explained by several others on here the performace shares are not coming off the bottom line, the do not cost the company anything they are accounted for as issued capital but not paid for. If you look at any company in the ASX, including my employer (who I will keep to my self) if the executive drove growth like LPE it would be more than 6million in cash bonus to them and we have been running at a bottom line loss for 3 years running now.

Ben and Damien get paid sweet f-all in comparison to their peers in the sector, yes the ynegotiated a good deal into SXT don't you want good leaders driving these things, I trusted my money with them, happy to pay them performance shares they have earned them.
