It's not just one way dumping. Over 11 million sold so far and someone also bought over 11 million. The new buyer/s are not standing in sell queue. IMO it could be the same person/institution. If it was one way dumping, price would have reached below 2c by now.
Last broker data that Stotes shared, indicated retailers selling (etrade) and brokers buying Bell, state one, Macquarie, Morgan etc. Surprisingly Bell still playing its game of averaging down. Check broker data. Who else hold such large volume that we are noticing this morning. Don't fall into the trap.
