was definitely thinking we'd be in double digits now. are we jumping the gun in thinking that they would have started using the cash from cap raise in march already? as in are we just assuming that because they have all this cash available, that they can go in and use it asap. i am guessing there is a lot of logistics we are missing which may take a bit of time to implement.
