Eurotravelover, so you think a small PDS text link at the very bottom of the investor page is the best place to mention something as critically important as this??

You have to understand that everyone that got caught out by this thought they were buying a Fully Paid Ordinary share. Fully Paid Ordinary shares dont have a PDS, so everyone that bought this share didnt realize they had to go searching for something that normally doesnt exist.

Go to BHP's website and find a PDS for their shares, go to CBA's website and find a PDS for their share, go to any of the top 50 shares in the all industrials and find a PDS for their shares and you wont find one.

Luckily for holders of this stock the powers that be understand more about material non-dislosure than you do :-)
