Nope...don't work for any broker, or in the industry for that matter.
That $80 sure now looks like a bargain if it helped steer a buyer clear of Brisconnections, and a potential multi-thousand dollar liability hanging over their heads.
Probably the best $80 they would have ever spent in fact....
