That's right. The only difference with CDI's is technical in that you have beneficial ownership of the shares rather than legal title. The legal title is held by a depositary nominee on your behalf. I'm going with CDI's. Trade in AUD and I'd imagine easier to trade if you don't have an overseas broker. The market probably won't be as liquid as trading Coeur shares though.
