If you see a short term underpriced opportunity for 20% gain or more - sell, but you better be right.
Otherwise hold - you are in effect cashed up till offer expires with some hope that the offer be raised.
I sold half & made a quick switch to AUT pre open with some to AWE & show 6% gain on AUT & 2% loss on AWE
You win some & lose some.
With markets as the are , lot of merit in being cashed up with prospects.
