I think that buyer is just taking a punt.
Everyone likely holding this one quiet tight waiting on further results, potential for big discovery confirmation & possibly take over makes the upside massive.
Similar situation beginning to occur over at TEG, arguably better upside there but share price will be hamstrung by the loose shares from the capital raise....
