just noticed my comments about wcb at bottom 3rd sept post -didnt have long to wait!!!and what a battle it is!


looks like tru grinding down now -must say i was a bit disappointed in the board and their treatment of eqt but I also thnk eqt were trying to be a bit stingy -their latest increase should have been more generous and they probably would have had a win

note the board talking up value of perpetuals offer and the fact it has cash option and mix etc - I dont think they covered the fact that if we opt for cash, we wont get such a high price as they are saying the bid is worth
