Sell it, sam! Trust me, better to allocate your funds elsewhere. This is going to be a downward spiral, with the company facing a double whammy from falling commodities price and inability to win projects currently due to its top-heavy management. With the departure of so many engineers, there will be significant write down on its goodwill in the near future. Would not surprise me if this goes down to low $2.
