SMM in trading halt due to announcement
which says "Summit is in advanced discussions with a third party in connection with an alternative proposal to the hostile takeover offer by Paladin Resources Ltd."
Looks like the start of a run up for t/over or similar action.
These things seldom finish on the first go round so I'd be in on the get go on Thursday am or when the halt is lifted UNLESS it clearly states the nature of a deal and directors agreement encouraging shareholders to sell.
This could run quite a bit if those announcements are NOT MADE.
