It would make sense if a PDN buyer was prepared to pay a very attractive premium.
IMO if I got $1 i would take it.
That would make PDN a $2b company vs pre Fukushima $5b.
A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush imo.
But I will qualify my opinion when the Kazatomprom IPO deals out considering Kaz. Will become a $26b company!
