I dont think they are that cheap. Over the past few years they have issued shares until the cows come and are now paying for it. At this stage in the development cycle I would prefer to see a mining stock trading at a much lower % than its NPV. I also dont think it is a quality project. Grades too low, geology complex, and ore widths pretty skinny. Management have not won too many accolades along the way.
My views only. That doesnt mean the stock wont go up. As said a decision to go ahead should see MRX get some support. You cant kiss all the girls.
