    Well the first cab off the ranks will be the announcement of the rapid HIV test kits, in april

    Then the 2nd cab off the ranks will most likely be a deal with the Singapore government with reagrds to screening pregnent women for the HIV virus.

    Then the rest of the cabs will follow suit!

    The third world pass the HIV virus by lack of knowledge, relious beliefs, and a lack of preventative measures eg condoms.

    The Western world pass the HIV virus by stupidity!
